3 Months Old

Ethan hit the three month mark on July 9th and he has been quite busy since last month. Over the past couple of weeks he has found his hands and begun playing with toys; both of which he works on getting into his mouth. One of my favorite new things is his smiling and laughing, it melts my heart. We have also discovered that he loves to dance; we shake his little arms and sing and it cracks him up (we will work on posting a video of this one). He has gone swimming, survived his first 4th of July fireworks show, went to his first block party, and even took his mommy out to lunch in the west loop. He is quite a busy little man! I went back to work part-time on July 2nd and it is so hard to be away from him. Everyday he is discovering something new and he changes so fast, I don't want to miss anything. The only up side is that he gets to spend a lot more time with his daddy and Adam is loving it. According to our home scale Ethan is about 15 pounds and seems to grow out of his clothes overnight.
